1. Listing Policies for Venue Partners

Venue owners agree to list accurate pricing, seating capacity, rules, and availability. Listing verification requires admin approval. Approved properties are published live upon subscription payment checkout activation.

2. Direct Offline Bookings & Zero Commission

ShaadiMubarak is a discovery and partner dashboard platform. Booking transactions, payment processing, deposit amounts, and refunds are negotiated and processed offline directly between the couple (customer) and the venue partner. ShaadiMubarak does not charge booking fees or commissions and is not responsible for event cancellations.
